Ahhhhhhhhh. So sad. Lots of tears were shed, both staff and students. We had a grand final assembly where everyone was given the opportunity to hug, shake hands, high five each other. We will really miss the amazing friends we've made at NJIS, as well as the gorgeous kiddies.
I hate goodbyes.

This is a link to a youtube video a parent and friend made of Thursday's final assembly. I taught her triplet boys last year in Grade 5 and was their eldest son, Richard's Theatre teacher this year. I will miss them lots.
They are an amazing family. One of the kindest, most generous, most completely 'sorted', 'real' and true-to-themselves family I have had the pleasure of meeting.
