We had Stephie over for a playdate and sleepover and so the next morning, off we trotted to the St Kilda Luna Park Fun Fair. It was cold and wet and there were some extroadinarily scary rides (mostly because the equipment was so old and rockety and flet like they were going to fall apart i.e. the ferris wheel and the pirate ship, but we had a fabulous day.

This restaurant is one of Andrew and my favourites in Melbourne and we try to get here each time we come back. It is called Sofias and verytime we visit, it had gotten bigger and more popular - apparently it now can hold 1500 diners!! The food is fantastic, it's cheap and tasty....the downside is that there is just TOO much of it! The plates above are just 'entree' sizes!! We did bring back rather a lot of doggy bags!
