We had a lovely day down at port Melbourne with the family: we started out at the beach which was gorgeous, but absolutely chocka with jelly fish so swimming was out for the girls. They spent their time though, happily searching for pretty shells, making sandcastles and making designs in the sand with sticks.
The weather was sunny but windy - great weather for sunburns!
We then moved to the park outside David and Tina's apartments for a lovely BBQ. The girls could run around and play to their hearts' content and we sat and drunk lovely cold wine stuffed ourselves with great food.
This was then followed by more drinkies up at Tina & David's apartment - I think I was pretty much sozzled by the end of this segment!
A great day out.
