Rainy Day Fun

So we decided to meet up at Tom Dragon - our local ball and slide house which the kids love. We got there at 10am just as it opened and stayed till almost 1pm when we went for lunch all together at Chili's. Chili's must groan when they see us coming - we go maybe every couple of weeks, and usually say something like, '6 Adults, 6 kids and 3 highchairs!' Then, the broke parents we all are, ask for appetisers with free refill drinks and one kids' meal between 3 kids!!! Ha ha! But, it's business for them, even if we're not splurgers!!

Tom Dragon was great - Annalise and Juliette have begun to play so well together now and Annalise helps Juliette climb things and then slides down the big slides with her. It's so nice to watch them having great fun with each other.

After our mammoth playdate, we went to pick Andrew up from school up the mountain and then went to the Dr.s for our second Japanese Encephilitus jabs. Luckily for Annalise, she didn't need it as she had hers when she was younger. So she 'held Daddy's hand' whilst Andrew got his and said 'Now - don't cry Daddy - it's only a projection.' Hahhh!

Weather is supposed to be pants all week.

I hope it's good on Saturday though, as it's our school's Car boot/Jumble sale and Andrew and I have LOADS of stuff to get rid of. If it's raining, hardly anyone will come which will be a real bummer.

It's a really busy week for Andrew this week. Apart from our school hosting an inter-country school sporting games thing which requires lots of sound and lighting organisation (which Andrew is always called upon to organise and set up as he is one of the very few at school who know how to.....what will they do next year?!) it's also our High School Graduation ceremony which Andrew 'produces'. Don't think we'll be seeing much of him.
